Not a bad plan at all.  I'm just suggesting that the most likely BPA left at 40 would be a DB.

Cam Robinson won't be there @ 40. We didn't use our 2nd round picks to trade back into the first so I wonder if we'll use one of them to trade up in the 2nd and get Robinson. 

If we stay put at 40 I would guess the pick is Zay Jones, couldn't tell you what we plan to do with 64.

If the draft trade values chart is accurate, our 3rd round compensatory pick should be enough to move from #40 to #33.

But that's only if GB is willing to do it.
