Cleveland won the first round. Hell, they have won that last 3 months.

Garrett, Peppers, & Njoku!!! Oh and they picked up another 1st round pick next year to go along with their 1st and THREE 2nd round picks!!!!!!

Cleveland has positioned themselves to load up on solid pieces throughout the roster, then use all that ammo to get one of the big time QB's next year (and it should be a MUCH better year for QB's).  Really setting themselves up quite well...as long as they don't screw it up and unload all that draft capital for a mediocre QB like Garoppolo.
