Analysis like that doesn't make any sense. They don't throw to RB's because they haven't had a receiving back. They obviously plan on utilizing his skill set or they wouldn't have drafted the mother fuger.

Don't ask for logical thinking from the Madden GMs.

They are the same crowd that thought "We need the offense to evolve, so we should draft Leonard Fournette so we can run the ball even more than we already do now" was amazing analysis.

Because G-man and Co love to reach for picks huh?

tell me more.

You tell me. He's drafted star, kb, shaq, Butler and now this fuging joke. Star IMHO is the only one out of the bunch Evan argue that has lived up to the first round billing. But please, tell me more how he hasn't.

One thing that should really help him out if its true. Someone posted yesterday (not sure which site) that Carolina hired his former RB coach to coach the RB's this year. I seem to recall hearing that as well. Is that true? If it is, then no one know how to better utilize CM than his former coach.

I can't help but think he'll work with Shula to come up with creative ways to get him the ball. Plus, he's already an upgrade as a kick returner on special teams. He shouldn't be a wasted pick if he's used appropriately.

I'm so glad all of these sports personalities and keyboard GMs know more than Gettleman does!  Makes me sleep better at night!

Y'all know the research they did on CMC?  It wasn't a few youtube high lights.  It was every single game tape for the last two years PLUS all his practice footage...  If nothing else, this was an intensely well researched pick.  You don't draft a guy in the top 10 who you don't feel is a game changing player.

I won't change anyone opinion, but just as Rivera put his own job on the line for Dorsey and Shula, this is the way a GM is evaluated.  Do you get the best players that help you win games?  If you don't, you lose your job.

Right now everyone is still very emotional after the first night, and will be for the next week.  Come OTA and Rookie Camp, then TC and the preseason, we'll know if we have a player or a JAG.

Star fell, KB fell to the bottom of the first, Shaq was a late 1st, and Butler was a luxury pick no doubt.

i see no reaches there.

He was the Stanford WR coach, not he RB coach. Also, he has already said that CMC will be getting some reps in the slot as well as at RB. I don't care what anybody says, this kid is a match up nightmare for DC's because of his versatility. I promise you that Shula will find ways to get him matched up against LBers in coverage.

This is a deep draft at TE.  Probably can get a decent one even at our 3rd pick.  The Leggett type guys should be there in the 3rd.

Here's to hope we can snag one. I really haven't kept up with guys this year. Baby will do that for you.
