"A source with knowledge of the dynamics" believes the Christian McCaffrey to the Panthers at No. 8 chatter is "likely a smokescreen."

Profootballtalk reports McCaffrey's "expected range" is 5-15. The Panthers have been strongly connected to running backs at No. 8, but there's been growing chatter McCaffrey could be gone by then
