If it wasn't obvious already, this season is basically over. I'm going to enjoy watching a lot of young talent as the season rolls on, and just hope that we can put together a better effort next season.

Sutter has been exciting, and Boychuck did well while he was up. I expect him to get a lot of time continuing down the stretch as well as possibly some other River Rats.

The only question left is.. who do we take with the #1 pick?

Everyone seems to think Taylor Hall. I think the kid shows some promise, but I honestly don't know too much about him.

What a thriller! Canes get 2 wins in the last 3 and pick up a point in the loss to MTL.

Manny Legace looked really shakey last night. I thought the Canes really outplayed the Leafs last night after the 1st 3 goals they scored. We out chanced them for the most part, I thought.

Maybe Peters will do ok? Maybe Leighton can come back soon. Maybe Legace will look better. But man, as hard as this team played, (5 goals! wtf!) Legace did not look good.

Oh well, it's a win and this season... I'll take it!

Oh and RedMage, Ruutu is totally beasting it. On TV John and Tripp were saying that he stood up and gave a miracle on ice speech in the locker room a few games back lol
