Highlight reels are not the greatest things to use, and it is a bonus if you can find every play a guy has in at least one or two games, so you see the average and negative stuff too.

I'm sure you're aware of this site, but if some crazy reason you're not it will become a staple every draft season.

Thats a huge library of full games worth of snaps from individual players chopped down to minutes and easy to sort and search for prospects with.

I watch a lot of their stuff on YouTube but haven't frequented the site as much as I should. There are just so many resources out there if you dig a bit you get swamped with stuff.

Thank you for posting the link though because it is a very useful site! Alongside sites like that, a lot of college sites still have interviews, etc. up that you can't find on the tube.

I've had to decide to stand on the OP board going into tonight.

Otherwise, I am spending entirely too much time analyzing and overanalyzing my rankings, and have decided that the last 30 or so spots aren't a big enough of a dropoff to move guys around one or two spots.

Plus, whatever we do in the first three rounds will dictate the direction of 4-7. So, squeezing in an extra CB and bumping a LB or something similar might not even be worth the time or effort at this point.

Maybe I can reset a few things once we see how rounds 1-3 play out.

But yeah, this is my guideline, at the very least for tonight.

I'll leave with my thoughts on the top ten, and some names to keep an eye on for days 2-3.

1. Garrett is my #1. We need to get to the passer better and faster than we have been. Other teams kill our QB, and it is time to return the favor.

Adams is my co-#1 because I think he'll be a field general much like Luke. He isn't the greatest cover safety, but what he is amazing at is reading and reacting, getting to the ball, and delivering punishment. These are all things our scheme covets.

3. Thomas and Fournette are basically my co-#3's, because I would love us to get both. Thomas has a slight edge because he is more rounded than Garrett at DE, but almost as effective as a pass rusher. Fournette could anchor our ground game for another 6-10 years.

5. Lattimore is easily the best man-cover corner in the draft and could come in and start beside Bradberry. We'd have the youngest/most talented outside guys in the league, most likely, for a long time.

6. Allen's shoulders still scare me a tad, but I would still love to add him to the rotation. He and Butler would basically keep Short and Star fresh all game, and Allen could line up on the ends or as a 5th lineman in some packages. He'd likely be the most value left on the board at #8 in most situations, if he slides.

7. Hooker is my second choice at safety, but he is more of a man-skill free safety than the roaming SS enforcer that I feel we really need. Either way, Hooker could come in and pair with Mike Adams and Coleman to do some really good things for our defense. He'd also be an excellent answer for Julio Jones.

8. Barnett is a guy who I don't necessarily agree with popular opinion about. I don't think he's reached his ceiling, and see him as a potential better pass rusher/overall DE than Garrett. I give Thomas an edge over him just because I feel like Thomas has a little more development room, but with Barnett, you know what you're getting. He's an immediate starter, and could be used more like a 3-4 rusher than a prototypical DE.

9. OJ Howard is probably one of, if not, the best athletes in this draft. I think he has the potential to be the best offensive weapon in this class. I'd love to have him to cause mismatches in the middle of the field with Greg out there too.

10. McCaffrey is probably the second best overall athlete in this class. We'd have to design packages to insert him in to use him most effectively (and I'm not sure how confident I am that Shula can do that) but I believe the hype about him being in the discussion for a top ten pick. Personally, I would probably rank him a little lower. But, I think the Panthers are high enough on him that he is likely near this spot on their own board.

Later round guys I would love to have, and to keep an eye on, that have caught my eye at some point in the process:
Donald Payne (are you tired of that name yet)
Connor Harris
Tedric Thompson
John Johnson
Keionta Davis
