Probably the all time creepiest moment in a horror movie for me was when that little bitch in The Exorcist spit up pea soup and spun her head around. That whole movie was disturbing. I was only like 10 years old or so when I watched it for the first time but I still get the creeps watching that movie.

"Exorcist" is one of the few I saw as a kid that honestly didn't scare me that much. Most of those I saw as an adult didn't scare me because I was an adult :sosp:
