If Fournette is gone at 8, moving down to 12 is ideal. Then grab Howard or McCaffrey if Howard is gone.

The current Browns regime HAS to be the worst drafting group in the history of drafting football players. If they take Garrett, a guy who had more than half of his career sacks against 6 G5 or FCS teams, or Trubinsky who was only just able to crack the starting line up at UNC and had a decent season, they will only further ruin their chances for actual improvement. 

What a horrible franchise.

First one to post a topic not relating to a rumored trade gets unlimited pie from me for every post until after the draft. Yes - we have talked with other teams about trades. Yes - it may happen. User name should not be taken literally.  An attempt to jinx Shula.  Every time I've finally decided to purchase a jersey, that player has left within a year or two (Josh in 2015, Beason 2013, Morgan 2006, Pep 2008, etc.) Thought maybe it would translate to username.  So far, epic fail..

I would be happy about this. I can just feel like he would really be an amazing complement to Olsen, KB and Funch. I know ppl have concerns about him but there is just another gear that no other player has even after his surgeries. I was hoping he could fall into mid 20s and we could trade up for him but don't really think he would fall that far.

Personally Fournette at 8. If no Fournette trade back to 12.

To be fair, the Panthers haven't had a high pick since the introduction of social media where rumors are at an all time high. Twitter has really elevated rumors surrounding sports over the past few year and during those years we haven't had such sought after picks.

I personally enjoy hearing the rumors bc it kind of helps build the excitement of what will actually happen.

There was plenty of social media in 2012 when we chose 9th. I don't think it's that different if a situation. 

I do agree that people probably don't filter info the same now. Previously it was more of  "some dude with a Twitter account says this but who is he?" But now Twitter dudes seem to get much more credibility. Some are more credible.. .many are not.

That is what I am hoping. I feel like if we can get Fournette it will automatically change our offense. IF we decided on focusing on offense on this draft we could realistically find:

RB1: (Fournette)

TE2: (Njoku, Engram, Butt)

WR2: (Ross, Zay Jones, Godwin, Henderson)

Now, knowing our front office I have a feeling we wouldn't use all of our top picks on offense but I kind of want that.

I agree but twitter in 2012 was completely different than Twitter now. Twitter and FB have now been the source for news and info for many people which is crazy to think about.

Let's stack the team with more young players that won't play hardly and will take a couple years to develop. Then we will be ready to compete!!!
