Haven't decided yet but as a primer, tonight's dinner is Red Curry Chicken and potatoes.

I was gonna make a raspberry & cashew crusted pork loin, but my wife postponed her annual trip back home for her & my boy to visit her mom so since she was nice & it's the Grump's first draft...

Their favorite meal of fried catfish & shrimp, with hushpuppies, coleslaw, fries from scratch, homemade tartar sauce & my peach fire BBQ sauce for shrimp dippin.
