So we play him twice instead of once tho season. He will likely miss one of those two. I'm not going to worry too much about him at this stage.

Perhaps not, but it isn't necessarily terrible news either.  Peterson is getting up there in age for a rb, is coming off an major injury, and has missed 2 out of the last 3 seasons.  He may not have that much of an impact for them.

I think its great news.  The saints are going to game plan around their new RB and its going to backfire miserably.

Maybe I'm in the very small minority, but this doesn't bother me...how much does he honestly have left in the tank? The dude can't stay healthy + is getting old. 

I know McCaffrey is  different style runner, but with Ingram now and AP, I can't see the saints being a threat to draft him if we were to trade down
