My dream offensive scenario is Fournette and Ross. Put me on the crowd not concerned about injuries if our medical staff clears him. Did in another thread TD, Luke and KB didn't have injury concerns going into the draft. Injuries happen in football.

No but seriously, I'm just not sold yet on McCaffrey or Ross for that matter. I would much rather have Fournette, or snag Howard first and then grab a good 2nd round RB after that.

Come week 5 or 6 when this offense is still struggling, people will be complaining how we have no speed or no one who can get separation.

McCaffery and Ross each bring both of these things.

TD is a machine with a drive like no other. I wouldn't expect a guy straight from college or any other player in the league to have TDs drive. He's a special, once in a lifetime exception. It's unfair to compare Ross to TD.

Perfect scenario is Fournette, Butt or Leggett in the 3rd and Tywan Taylor in the 5th .. While still keeping all of your picks and getting a DE, Safety and CB with the 2 2nd round picks and the 4th..

Rd 1 (8) - Fournette
Rd 2 (40) - Chris Godwin
Rd 2 (64) - Trade up to guarantee Fournette
Rd 3 (98) - Jake Butt

Rd 1 (8) - McCaffrey
Rd 2 (40) - Chris Godwin
Rd 2 (64) - Draft a need
Rd 3 (98) - Jake Butt

Rd 1 (8) - OJ Howard
Rd 2 (40) - Chris Godwin
Rd 2 (64) - Draft a need
Rd 3 (98) - Jake Butt

Any of those I'd be okay with. Let's get some weapons on Offense. As much as I want to say I'd be okay addressing the DE position in the 1st round, I think we can get by for one more season with the rotation we have.
