I'm so glad we have 10,000 coaches in here who know the game more than Fox

so Jeff Fischer should be fired too? wow, you have really lost it now.

It depends on a fan's perspective. Ultimately every fan wants a championship, and those that say otherwise are lying. As for the Panthers, it's one thing to have teams that play up to their ability (or even beyond), with lots of heart and determination. Bill Cowher took a while to win, it's true, but for the most part all of his teams came prepared to play, and didn't make it a habit of letting games (particularly the ones that they were supposed to win) get away because of a lack of foucs, discipline, and uninspired and unimaginative coaching. After years of up and down seasons, where it can be argued that a lack of flexibility within an overal ultra-conservative ideology in football philosophy, there comes a time when you have to show a gradual progression in your overall master plan. OF course there are years that require rebuilding, and so the success of the team may have its ebb and flows, but it's hard to imagine that there should be an ebb and flow every other year. This is indicative of something missing, and it's the coaches job to fix whatever that is. It's not like Fox hasn't had the opportunity. Basically it's time to piss or get off the pot.

I am sure that many other fans of other teams, but more importantly students of the game, will tell you that. If you're happy with the status qou, then do nothing. If you aren't, then you must do something. To put it in it's most elementary sense: If you keep doing what you're doing, you're gonna keep getting what you're getting. Time to mix it up, and bring in some new ideas and perspectives.

Wow, that's like Fox on steroids.

Despite as insulting as you are being, the way he's using it, yes it is.

it looks like a few writers are disagreeing with you GR(ammar)Watcher.

Now i need to take my new york ass (even though i'm really from Jersey lol. I guess you failed Geography in grade school too) into the kitchen and make myself a cup of CAWFEE

Geez, sorry about the New Jersey/NYC mix up. Got worse, huh? :D Geography had nothing to do with it. It was more your syntax and occasional rudeness.

Some how while I was reading those short quotes, I got that "invalidates nothing" means changing nothing in the argument, which means that the argument remains valid.
