BPA is BPA of their board. Not ours. Not anyone else's. 

In the past, he has shared that he groups players together on tiers. 

Obviously player position goes into building his big board. So while there might be a highly graded QB or DT,  it won't be on the tier 1 of whatever pick/round the draft is in.

To your point, Beane said today "We aren't in the market for a QB." While we might be in the market for a kicker, he won't be BPA because of position. Need and position factor into BPA. Always has. Always will. Unless you're Tampa and your 2nd round Kicker has to compete for his job on Hard Knocks...lol.

Well last year in the 2nd we got a "nobody" corner that he felt was BPA and everyone said he was a nincompoop
