The whole topic is frustrating. I understand that some folks are attempting to crusade for 2nd chances, sentence being served, violence against any gender being wrong, etc etc but this situation (imo) is cut and dry. We have the police reports and other sources, but people here INSIST on lying just to sleep better at night for rooting for Mixon.

2. Mixon was punished fines a year off the team actual went to jail and court and is still being punished.. Smitty miss 3 games after attacking 3 teammates.. And the point was you as a hypocrite had no problem cheering for Smitty while you take the moral high road on this kid..

“Norman Police also ran Joe’s juvenile record with law enforcement in California and they had no record of any such report or incident (or any other criminal incident on part of Joe),” Johnson said via email. “I’m fairly confident that the incident described in Mr. Hernandez’s original [Facebook] post did not happen.”

I don't know why some of you even bother arguing with posters who think he should be exiled to and desert island for a mistake he's made in the pass, as if they'er some kind of saint themselves.
