Well Men we have 13 games left in the season and by the look of things this may very well be my kids last Christmas in Charlotte so let me make one thing abundantly clear. I am the last of the Mohicians, if I'm gone this offseason it's only after 53 of you MFer's have gone before me. We might not win another game all year and I personally don't give a poo if we win or not but you can write this down in blood. We WILL play hard. We Will tackle. We WILL hit and we WILL inflict pain on the other team. It will happen because the pain we are going to put on Washington is NOTHING compared to the pain I'm going to put on you if we don't. We will eat, sleep, attend team meetings, and f**k our wives in full pads. If I feel like somebody is shying away form contact at any time - I'm going to run every person on this team until their asses are sucking buttermilk. The legacy we make for ourselves will begin today and regardless of our record and when People talk about the Carolina Panthers after the season, they are going to talk about the balls out way we play football. I don't care about your injuries, your contract status, your history or the position you play. If Kicker Rhys LLoyd doesn't get a hard on thinking about knocking some Redskins dick in the dirt while making a tackle - than I don't want his pussy ass on my team. It's time to step up - be a f**king man - and put out on Sunday. Anybody, In My opinion, that doesn't put out on Sunday is going to get so f**ked so bad by me on Monday that their ass is going bleed 5 shades of red. Either get on board - or get the f**k out because I have no patience for losers that are afraid of hard work. I'm going to weed out all the posers, pussy's, and pretenders on this team and I'm starting at practice today. Get your poo and hit the field in 2 minutes. Here's a final word to the wise.....you do NOT want to be the last man coming on to the field today so move your ass Nancy!

It's a little long but I think it is exactly what this team needs.
