billick and chucky won championships with teams they didn't put together, and thats why they mashing ass right now and not coaching

I'm iffy on Gruden and I damn sure don't want Billick as The Panthers next head coach. Gruden and Billick are very similar. After they won the SB they didn't do anything in the playoffs, they both failed to develop a QB for the future, and one of the main reason they got fired was because their players hated them.

Billick is an offensive minded Coach that couldn't put together an offensive team, no thanks. And Gruden, Dungy's built team went down hill year after year after winning the SB no thanks x2.

I would have to agree here.

I remember when Billick was at Minnesota he was considered quite the offensive guru, as well as Dungy being a Defensive guru (Both at the same time under HC Dennis Green).

Whats funny is Billick won a Super Bowl with a Defensive powerhouse, and Dungy won it with an offensive powerhouse.

As for Gruden, I like him, but I dont believe he is a good fit here. The guy usually does give you a good offense, but it just doesnt fit the mold I believe the Big Cat is trying to create here. The defense will suffer.

The Colts D was a huge factor in their SB run. Also, I believe Dungy had some better Ds in Indy (PA) than Billick had offenses in Balt (PF).

But no, I wouldn't want Dungy as HC. I doubt highly he will be returning to coaching anyway.

Billick himself used to laugh about how ironic that was.

I think Gruden got a case of the big head when he went to Tampa and won early. And I don't think it's curable.

Like I said before, you don't replace a coach who may be losing his players with one that already accomplished the task.

Without a doubt, there is no better coach that'll fit Carolina's personnel better than Bill Cowher. He runs a smash mouth running team that focuses on defense. This is exactly what the Panthers have always been and who better to run it than the man himself.

If Fox is fired at the end of the year, I'll bet my house and car that he winds up here. He lives in NC, a State alum so it makes sense for him to want this job. Especially knowing the owner isn't meddlesome (jerry jones/al davis/dan snyder) and will give him the reigns.
