To me, it will be very interesting to see if a good portion of that is based on incentives.

If its structured as Years 1-2 = Signing Bonus + Salary = $40M and Years 3-5 = Heavily Incentive Based, I can see how that would a good deal for both the player (lots of money up front) and the team (if KK "ages" quickly after he hits 30+ in years 3-5, the team would be protected).

If its all Bonus + Salary (and not incentive based), I still don't have a problem with it because KK is an impact player at an impact position, but I would prefer there be some team "protection" built in for the latter years.
