If Fournette is there and we take Allen I'll poo my breeches,bed,living room floor, call up my ex GF getting her thinking we are gonna fug, poo on her chest and tell her to get the fug out, you get the point... I'll feel like doing one thing, drinking myself stupid until I piss/poo myself. There are no words to describe how angry I will be. Mother of God, this is NOT the year to draft another D tackle with so much talent on the board we could use elsewhere. Jesus Christmas.

I like Allen, but like others, see him more as a DT in a 4-3 or DE in a 3-4.  He wins with power, and doesn't have the explosion you ideally want in a 4-3 DE.  Comparing him to Thomas, both have excellent hands and outstanding power.  But the difference is that Thomas is much more explosive and quicker, which will help his transition to a 4-3 DE.

One thing that I noticed when watching draftbreakdown.com is that Allen often seems about a half second late coming out of his stance (not every play, but most of them).  It didn't hurt him in college, but he needs to have better snap anticipation in the NFL.  To be fair, I watched only 2-3 of his games so far, but it was there in each of the games.

I have this really weird feeling that even though the FO knows for sure McCaffrey will be there at 8 - we still will trade up for Fournette because Fournette is way, way, way better for Panthers football than bust in the making McCaffrey
