Late Round Predictions

Jerod Evans.  It is time to be thinking of a replacement for DA...and who better than someone who has a skill set similar to that of Cam?   If he's there in the 5th or 6th I'd love to see him here.

Kid shoulda stayed in school. Coulda been a top prospect next year in that system and add more development. I'm down for kids who wanna get paid but I think this move is gonna cost him.

He's another Logan Thomas IMO. I just don't think he's an NFL QB. Remember when Thomas was getting hyped as a potential future #1 overall pick? LOL!

I saw Thomas play 3 times in person and thought there was potential but he was LONG LONG way off. I never bought the whole next Cam thing for a sec.

Evans intrigues me more because he is just a better natural thrower of the football but it's still pretty ugly. But that's system of Fuentes has a way of making QBs look good. Combine that with his athletic ability and overall ineptitude of pre draft media and I think he would have been talked about as a top 5 QB next year.

He's not a late round guy. Maybe he is there for our last pick in the 3rd but that's about as late as I could see him go.

I was responding to the post that said we would take a late round Center and I was simply saying that the LSU C is our more likely pick for a center.  And it wouldn't surprise me if we took him with our last second causing great consternation.

Mack confuses me. As a UNC fan I've seen him play plenty. He always looks like the fastest guy on the field. No one can run stride for stride with the guy down the field. If he gets a step, he's gone. When the ball is in the air he takes off and separates like the DBs are running in mud. But his timed speed is fairly average. I don't know what to make of it.

my #1 one latter round (5th and beyond) pick is no other than the great Carolina Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis cousin WR Robert Davis from Geotgia State.

for starters this kid fits the DG preferred mold at WR,and would be another big target add in Cams arsenal  at WR standing at 6'3 and weighing  219lbs.

the kid had literally  jaw dropping numbers at the combine...to begin with he was second along with two other WR at the combine on the bench press with 19 reps of 225lbs.has been clocked as low as 4.36 in the 40 and ran a 4.44 at the combine.

the average SPARQ score for an NFL WR is at the 50 percentile.if that is the case then this kid the would be is a SPARQ vitouso with a 99.furthermore,his SPARQ score was the BEST among all the WR at the combine and any of the RB or TE also... he was first in the broad jump with 136.0 inches,2nd in the vertical at 41.0 inches,a respective 6.28 3 cone drill, and 4.28 20 yard shuttle.

for the most part latter rounds or 5th and beyond is when you draft players that are raw but love the game of football with a good work ethic, and of course have potential .this kid defenitely fits bill as  he is related to a team captain whom plays with a passion and a love for the sport that second to no one ,atheletically i a freak of nature, and his upside is literally through the roof as he has drawn comparisions to arguably the best WR in todays game Julio Jones

40 times should be run in pads and to truly evaluate football speed is done by eye
