Seahawks and Raiders working out a trade for Marshawn Lynch

Let's not forget Lynch is a year removed from football.  The last year he played, he was quite banged up and had very little impact (7 games played for 417 yards).  This is not the same Marshawn Lynch that Seattle rode for a nice four year stretch.  He might surprise some folks, but a soon to be 31 year old with a recent past of injuries, doesn't seem like the optimal player to be trading for.

This. I wouldn't be giving up much if I was the Raiders.

i doubt they will have to give up more than a mid - late round pick.  Seattle is already cashed strapped and the moment Lynch is re-instated he has a $9+ million cap hit.  I think they are only like $9.5 mil under the cap currently, barely enough to sign draft picks.

so, Seattle will no leverage in this deal.  they either have to trade or cut him right away just to free up the cash they were expecting to have.

Yep, I'm expecting a late round conditional pick. Which is about all a 31 year old RB a year removed from football is worth no matter what his name is.

I'll remind you a bag of sticks would block better than Seattle's o-line.
