I think they mean that the OP should shed some light on the situation a bit more....like....what was the violation(s)? A little more than a tweet because I sure as poo ain't reading up on it on my own. 

Then some good opinion commentary like does the owner do good by the fans? is he a good owner? Are they better off in a place that loses teams too? Will they win? and such. That's the main reason I don't  usually start threads because I'm too lazy to type out everything I think. Not that every topic needs a novel to kick it off but some depth and quality is good for an OP. I could make quality threads if I cared but I don't so I won't but I won't spam poo threads either(just poo short responses)

I personally am not impressed with OPs that show a tweet and that's it.
