Anyone can get lucky and draft a Pro Bowler in the first round. It takes an ability to find “diamonds in the rough” in the middle and late rounds to stick as a scout in the NFL, however. 

Below is a list of players who for whatever reason haven’t yet received the attention their physical abilities warrant. Some starred at a lower level of competition, like record-breaking Eastern Washington wide receiver Cooper Kupp. Others played at relative FBS powerhouses but injuries, suspension or talent ahead of them on the depth chart kept them relatively overshadowed.

I dont think anyone is projecting reuban foster to go in the top 7. If he's there, we should definitely consider him. Whats better than having 1 keuchly? 2 keuchlys! And plus thomas davis is near the end of his career. Once he leaves, its gnna be harder for kuechly cuz he'll need to carry the load. Having a young stud to groom would really help. Plus if soloman thomas or the top 3 dbs are off the board, theres no reason to go elsewhere. Mccaffery, cook, barnett, are not better than foster. If foster had his character in control, he would be going top 5. Dont deny the talent

This will feel like the Luke pick....beason, TD and James anderson. I'm a big Foster guy, he's body bag guy. He is alittle suspect in pass coverage. Honestly I'm scared about Luke's concussion problems too. It's a giant issue, still bigger holes else where.
