I agree.  Think Norris has him rated correctly.  I'd rather grab Rivers in the second, but I think there's a better chance of Barnett dropping into round 2.  I'd support drafting him at 40, but 8 just seems incredibly rich.

He's going to be a solid player.  He doesn't have the athleticism to win quickly in the NFL.  He's going to be an effort / coverage sack guy, I think.  If Ealy had Barnett's effort, he'd still be a Panther.

going by this big board we should draft Garrett Boyles at 8 IF he drops,... and then jump back into around 20 to grab Engram, Williams, or Fournette,..... better yet-- when Fournette drops to us at 8, entertain teams willing to trade the farm to have him so we can drop back and load up even more of this blue chip draft,..

Like I said, this is a deep TE class. No value in picking one with the top 8 pick in this draft when we could get someone who'd have similar or better production.

His film is out there and not only can he block and was apart of a run first offense he beat some of the best Lbs, CB, and Safetys in the country. His routes are crisp, he high points the ball, and he has the speed of a WR. He is not a kid coming out of the ACC where you face sub par everything. He played about every good team in college and was successful. All with a QB who sucked ass.

Wrong. He is much better than Winslow and he has much better blocking. He is a complete TE and there is nothing but worthless opinion to prove otherwise.

This is a bigger surprise than Fournette falling to 25. If g-money does't consider him a "reach" at 8...

I would love this big board in all other front offices. This would mean we would have a lot of quality players to choose from with our first 2nd round pick. (Cam Robinson, Jalil Peppers, Ryan Ramczyk, etc)
