Didn't ya know.  We have the thread police.  They think they own the place and can determine by your post if it is valid or not. Most are underage or act underage.  Keep setting them straight and eventually they'll get the idea not to F**mess**ck with you.

To your post.  I am thrilled they took this away.  Before it was they couldn't line up over center now it is a complete ban for jumping over the line.   Amazing that people have that great of a leaping capability but it doesn't belong in the game.

The NFL banned leaping/jumping during extra points and field goals because even though it had been successful on the rare occasions it had been attempted, the league felt players were putting themselves at risk for serious injury.

I just called it for what it was, heck the title is "why didn't anyone tell me?" and went on to discuss a recently heavily discussed topic. I'm no rocket scientist, but what is that other then saying "hey look at me!".  If the Topic had read "NFL changes Leaping rule" then I wouldnt have said what I did. All I did was call a duck a duck and people get all offended lol

On topic though I'm happy they took it away too.

There hasn't been any injury "yet", and honestly compared to many other plays its really not that dangerous. I just think most of the NFL head coaches would rather not have to worry about this in the game plan and that is why the rule was changed. serious was only 2 teams that were any good at this anyway so why cause the extra headache.

So is there some unwritten document that says how a thread is composed?  I sure the hell have never seen it.  If someone writes a thread with the intent of getting you to open it and read it.  Then they were successful.  I just find it insulting that some in here think they have the right to criticize people for the way the start a thread, whether it was repeated or on a perceived deception. 

I've said it a thousand times.  If you don't like a thread don't read it.  If is was a stupid click bait and you open it.  Don't comment on it. 

So I guess my question to you is?  Are you in charge of thread writing and their content?  Why don't you have MODERATOR by your name?   If your not, why are you so concerned and have to attack someone over a thread?

If you accuse someone of ANYTHING on this forum, you're attacking them.   Saying someone is screaming for attention is exactly that.  Whether you believe it or not isn't the issue.  You're attacking them.

Wow, you need to learn what attacking someone on a forum is, I'd hate to know the sheltered life you live if you think what I did (poke a little fun) qualified as an attack.  For the record the last person I attacked/flamed on a forum was Alice. and that was years ago if you want to know what an actual attack looks like check it out some time. PhillyB had some good stuff for Alice then too.
