Charlotte Area Fans not attending the game...

I think she said she gave them to someone a bit ago. You got a babysitter lined up?

No babysitter yet, but I drive by a pharmacy on the way home. Childrens cold medicine can work in a pinch. (Lord, I apologize. But it's Monday night).

I'm sure there are others around who aren't going for whatever reason but have chosen to keep it a secret because of ridicule they might get. So be it. I've never made a secret in all of my years of message boarding of my dislike for night games. It's just been within the last few years that I've chosen not to go to all of them - some I still do, it depends. The first few times you go to a night game, it's very exciting. The lights bounce off of everything and it's so bright. The energy is high, the excitement is high, the players are pumped up. Player introductions are more elaborate, the national anthem is usually very high quality .When it comes time for the game to begin, these are the only games where the crowd in the stadium sees the same thing that the crowd at home sees when the opening song begins. The crowd in the stadium goes nuts. I thought about that last night as I watched Sunday Night Football and did remember that it's a neat feeling to be there and experience that.

After that, it's not different than any other live game...except that it begins long after my daughter's bedtime and you will get home well after midnight. I've been to well over 100 live Panthers football games including preseason, postseason, and a Superbowl. I'm not going to die by missing this game. I've been to bigger games that this and will be at bigger games than this in the future. I think people will have a good time there despite my not being there. I'm flattered that some think my being there is so important. It's not so please, no one needs to worry about me.

No, just that you are in her business then get mad when someone tells you to back off. PMSing much? Geez, I forget INTERNET is serious business.

she put her business out there just like me-

i commented just like you,

were all the same

we just have a different opinion.

I didnt "attack" her or anything, i just said this is a big game and she should go.

maybe I am not very tactful.......

I said I was not going because I did not want to go. That's my business and I shared it AK. Your business is that you are going because you do. When you make a huge issue of the fact that I have chosen not to go, then you've made my business your business. I'm done with this whole thing now because it's silly that you're getting so upset I'm not going. My telepathy to the team works via the airwaves much in the same way it does when I'm there in person. They'll be fine without me, so will you.

GTG's seats are not going unused, so someone will be there.

You're taking the jabs. I actually want to compliment you on your TV appearance. I don't dislike you ... I do dislike how you're always so condescending to the people on here who are fans just like you.

please be more specific because generalities are not acceptable.

Me and GTG have gone back and forth for years- its what we do.

I dont dislike anyone on here but, I am sure when you read what I say it always is with bias and a negative tone. Its cool, I understand.

You just dont know me. I dont care about "fans just like me"- that is just something that you percieve.

all i said is -- its a big game- if you have tickets GOOO

then it turned into "ohh your attacking her- leave her alone- your mean- you dont understand- blah-blah-blah....

if there was ANYONE else here saying they were not going I WOULD BE SAYING THE SAME DAMN THING

I am sure she has her reasons now, thats ok.
