I want Fournette but not at the price we would have to pay to get that high a choice. Folks compare him to AP, so before we do that, let's just sign AP, and then draft Howard. We decided to get older this year anyway.

Don't see this happening, G-man has said on several occasions that he thinks this is a loaded draft and we're going to get a really good player at # 8.

garrett plus pep would be ridiculous and would instantly mask any deficiencies in the secondary. we have very few holes on the team and did a great job in free agency, so if the front office feels like garrett can be a blue chip player with us for a decade it's a great move.

the price would probably be both of our second-rounders, or a second this year and our first next year.

Would likely be for Solomon Thomas, though I think there's a better chance of the team moving up from the #40 pick into the back end of the 1st round

You only do that if there is a franchise QB at the top and you don't have one, neither of which are the case this year.
