Jerry Richardson gets his money no matter how his team performs as Julius peppers gets his no matter how he performs. This takes away motivation IMO. This is why having PSLs can be bad (spoken from a PSL owner). Jerry knows the games will sell out because of PSL ownership so he has less motivation to make changes. The number one way fans show their displeasure with a team that ownership notices is with their wallet. We as Panther fans are limited to what we can do with ours...

What is Richardson supposed to do 3 games into the season? Did you want him to make a coaching change after last season? We were 12-4 and he stuck with what got us there. I have a feeling he isn't going to make the same mistake of sticking with Fox and Hurney after this season is over. I think we can win 6 games left on our schedule but thats about it. We are going to be 6-10 and I think it spells the end of Fox which I'm extremely happy about.

That must be a different Todd. I have not been banned from any board. I was not saying Jerry did not want to win, my point was merely that he didnt have as much monetary motivation as other owners. Do you not think that every owner/coach wants to win? I don't think Jerry is all about the money, but money matters more than you would probably think. That being said, I love Jerry and he will probably do the right thing at the end of the season.
