I don't man, last time I was a slug hut, the escargot was gritty.  Whoever prepped those little guys for their garlic and parsley bath didn't clean out their bellies sufficiently.  I love slug, but I don't like eating their poo.

I've actually had them and seriously they taste like the garlic butter they are in. Tasty. But I like oysters. To be sure though, they are not slimy like oysters. But they're good...just not great.

Slug Hut is good but a pit pricey. "Escargot to Go" is cheaper but has a 83.5 sanitation rating. Not something you want to chance when it comes to snails unless you are a few days away from payday and got an uncontrollable hankering for slug.
