I have epilepsy and suffer from migraines and I eat blue cheese. Suck it up. Also this thread is useless without pics of these wings.

If you know what you're doing, cauliflower is a pretty awesome vegetable.

Granted, it's a vegetable and this thread is about wings, so I feel compelled to mention Queen City for their smoked wings, which have a great flavor.  Just in case you can't make it down into Charlotte.

I also like the Comet Grill's wings, but there's no variety.  Not that you need it if they're done properly in the first place...

I'm thinking it's spicy.  Warming up ranch would be an invite for explosive diarrhea.
