So, that settles it. Barnett is off the board. One down. We keep weddling away at it. We can narrow the pick down to just a few, instead of a hanful.

Do you trust Ross to make it through his rookie contract? He really isn't very big. Man, I hate to say it, but, his size does concern me.
 
Although, I will admit to wanting a talented WR this year. I just hate that most times, you have a waiting period as they grow into the Pro Game. Get you a quick twitch Slot guy. Get him some touches in space. Yupperz.

The best possible way. He's got the motivation to get better he's working out with guys with similar skill sets, I think with Cam's cannon arm Ross can be the receiver we hoped ginn would be but better, just a good complement to KB and Olsen IMO. But I also feel
The same about Davis, just I don't think I can warrant picking either at 8

I agree. The most successful mock has to figure out who the teams in front of us are taking. Some are no brainers, some, like Cleveland, you really have no idea who they'll pick!

If Gettleman stays true to how we know him, and if there is a top pass rusher available, I'd say that pass rusher will be a Panther.

I saw the links. They didn't help. So it all comes down to who you like. You really have a choice between Allen, Solomon, and Barnett. Along with Garrett. That is 4 quality DEs. And unless the sun explodes, we should get one of them. If we go that way anyhow.

 

Or...does Gman go offense?

We NEED a DE. 

We don't even have 2 clear starters. 

Peppers is back, but he's here to be a pass rush specialist. 

Addison has definitely picked up his game, but he's also 29? 

Love Chuck, but if we can draft a new young stud, his impact would be immediate, and huge.

The value in the top 10, also is at DE. 

Fournette,  is a great talent.  Would LOVE to have him.  In a draft so stacked at RB, I'm not convinced Gettleman would have him higher than the top DE's. 

Howard is a stud. Would LOVE to have him, but once again, would he even be on Gettlemen's tier 1 group?

So hard to say.

it's who you like and who falls, its not an exact science by any means, and part of the reason why that guy in the video cheered so loud when we got star.  its a rare thing that you are lucky enough to land the #1 player on your draft board. I've also seen a few drafts where the one player we want went the pick right before us.
