Also a SB Ring, one thing consistent about the team under Rivera is that it consistently improves from the previous bench mark.

Good luck to him there and it's good to see McDermott will have some reliable, familiar, faces to lean on in that first year. Tolbert may only have a little bit of tread left on his tires, but Philly could really find his place there.
