Barnett has very good technique. He's a legit pass rusher.

Not at pick 8, no he's not. Doesn't have a crazy burst or strength, and is a liability in run defense. maybe at 15 but not 8

Not saying he's my first choice at 8. I said he has good technique and is a legit pass rusher. Actually may be more of a 3-4 olb. 

Would not be surprised if we went DB...with Wilks and all.

People are way higher on Hooker than I guarantee the FO is. We don't have two S's in the top 10. I would bet a chunk of savings on that.

You hear some crazy poo though...like if the Bears took him @ 3 lol I wish and then if a team took just 1 QB...poo....ty lord for us.

It's utterly insane.  After the SEC production he then has yet one final chance to show out in a bowl game (which my 1b Fournette and McCaffrey didn't do) against a traditional power in Nebraska, and he of course did.

That's it. No Howard. No Taco. No Robinson. Gettleman isn't reaching just because all our top picks went bye bye. Taco is a lazy SOB, Howard doesn't fit with Shula (aand is way overhyped) and Robinson is a Dwarf among Hobbits.

Howard is a better prospect than Williams and happens to fit a need better. And Lattimore is not in play at 8.

Why would we waste the 8th overall pick on a blocking TE? We wouldn't. If we were looking at a #2 TE, it'd be in the later rounds. 

Makes more sense than wanting to pick a guy who has never played the position in Solomon Thomas, oh who by the way wouldn't start with CJ, Pep, and Addison, at 8 just because he beasted on UNC and whooped up on some unathletic interior lineman.
