He's made a bunch of moves..does that make them GOOD moves? Or just moves? Do they fill needs with average at best players? I mean, there were definitely better potential targets out there. And although needs were filled, did the panthers settle for what was left after the top tier guys were signed?

Which of the signees were considered top 3 free agents in their position?

He only made one splash out of desperation, the others are low salary small year deals no different than what he has been doing, it just happens to be former players this year. We already know what we are getting which makes it more comfortable plus the moves fit needs. If he had grabbed church or Djax someone like those it would have showed a different attitude from him

To your post - like I stated previously - my question wasn't rhetorical - I'm a big D-man fan, but I'm wondering if either (A) he's on the hot seat or (B) he's taking away the coaches excuses by loading this team with talent.  

So you are either not reading the question or you are just channel surfing for post count purposes.  If you don't have anything other that ad hominem then just go to bed and quit posting.

If you think anybody was knocking down  a 37 year old DE door for his services you are truly more loss than you sound. His offers from other teams wouldn't have been that much better than ours.

I think he's setting it up to hit that stuff in the draft. If he addresses three of those with those first four picks, it'll be one of the best offseasons we've had

Haven't we brought in 2 young WR and a RECENT multi-time pro bowl S? RB, TE should be the biggest holes left to be addressed and they will almost certainly be hit in the draft as deep as those positions are (barring a Shockey style signing).
