Charles Johnson - WR - Panthers

Panthers signed WR Charles Johnson, formerly of the Vikings, to a one-year, $2.2 million contract.

The Panthers have really cornered the market on players named Charles Johnson. The 28-year-old put together a promising rookie season in 2014 but has disappeared since then. Including the playoffs, he's now gone 31 straight games without scoring a touchdown. It's another underwhelming signing for a Panthers receiving corps filled with spare parts behind Kelvin Benjamin.
