Like this signing. We had problems with communication on defense and guys being in the right place, played a huge part in the 1-5 start. We now have veteran players throughout the defense and now our young guys Worley, Bradberry, and Butler have snaps under their belt.

Mike Adams was probably 4th on my list of SS free agents we should grab.

That right there is an offseason boys. I'm hyped already.

I mean, who else was there to sign. Top level talent has been signed, so im not bugged. It is what it is with Getts. Definitely brings alot more to the table than Harper, but having JNO in front was a luxury Adams isnt being afforded.

For those who have yet to understand Gettleman's philosophy... learn it.. This is such a gettleman move... just breath and let it go.

2 things that came to mind with this signing....

1st)  This is so Gettleman

2.) With the additions of Peppers signing today as well (hopes of a Captain signing later) Gettleman feels the heat on last season.  He's currently signing PRODUCTIVE still talented Veterans and Gettleman is trying to win NOW.
