I'm predicting we will release DA and Webb.  DA is just getting too old and looked pretty bad last season and with the Shepherd signing, I could see him replacing Webb.  Hoping to see us draft a QB in the late rounds and I personally like Evans from VT or Dobbs from Tenn.  Both got good size and are dual threat QB's.  It's time to groom ourselves a number #2 QB.  As for our #3, I could see us signing someone like A. Murray or C. Shaw.  Cheap guys, good depth.

I am not pimping my own thread...but does anyone really believe when this draft rolls around that NO QBs will go Top 10?  We've seen this movie many, many times.  Somebody is gonna bite.

And it will be Trubisky IMO.  Somebody will take this guy - he's just too good.  Better than Goff IMO, probably not Wentz though.

Somewhere in there, I would bet on it.  A trade up is VERY possible.  If Cleveland wants him I would think all the Top 9 teams get a call.  It wouldn't cost them all that much considering their arsenal of picks.

Yeah, I know it won't happen and there isn't a guy here worth it (if you think that) but if Cam repeats what he did last year we might be in the market.

And I am a guy that said he was HOF after the Super Bowl.  Didn't like his play at all last year.

Cam Newton fought and clawed his way back, in Denver... Against the defending NFL champs taking cheap shots against him, shouldn't have even known where the fug he was at... Made the crucial throws necessary to put the team in position to BEAT the defending NFL champs in their house... And guess what happens next? Graham Gano FUGS it up. Season ended, over. All that talk, all that jazz after the Superbowl resurfaces and our boys have to hear that poo again man. AGAIN! think about if you were a player, how would that effect your mindset? Personally I'd be like FUG man, we got to relive this poo. 

 

After that game though, I found something out about Cam that confirmed what I already knew. He's got HEART, NO QB.. not even Brady would have been able (had the refs allowed the same hits to happen against him) would have been able to fight their way back and put his team in position to win man. That's when I said " Cam is my Fugging quarterback". I didn't care, I was proud of him to fight like that.

I agree man, Cam is this franchise but he needs to rebound.  We won't make it to the promised land without him.  Believe me I don't want to see a backup plan needed a year from now.  Things change when you lose.  Lets go Cam.

If we had no draft and Cam plays good\great we'd contend.  Its the nature of QB in the NFL.  The refs have to call the late hits.  That is without a doubt their job.  For ALL QBs.

I think he will man, I feel that he will. Last year I just had a terrible feeling about our season. This year I feel 100 percent better, I think he'll lead us to 11-12 wins if he remains heathy and the O line stays healthy. That Defense is going to be something to watch this year.

Totally agree...there will be a TON of variables in our favor.  I can't go through them all right now but we are without a doubt a serious contender with Cam being Cam.  He is a HOFer in the end, I'll go down believing that. 

Immediately?  We have to get to QBs in this division.  Including Winston.  We need a pass rusher badly...probably mostly.

Man, we win that Super Bowl with Hardy.  That's on him.  You miss sometimes on character, and I don't see Gettle not learning that lesson.
