Ted Ginn is now a Saint

I don't get the rage. It's a bummer sure, but people easily forget Ginn was just as bad as he was good all too often. Singlehandedly almost lost us games in 2015. The home game against Indy in OT comes to mind. We can sign a better player with basic due diligence.

Ginn literally makes it possible for us to get KB, Funch, and Olsen the ball because of his deep threat potential. If not adequately replaced, this will be a BIG issue on Sundays.

No he "literally" doesn't. Look Ginn didn't re-sign here, we don't know why but it's probably because the Saints overpaid JUST LIKE THE CARDINALS DID.

I swear its like you people don't learn, you assume we have infinite money.

we needed to reconstruct our WR corp this offseason anyways. I'm not too bothered by it in that regard. It always need to be a busy offseason and that was part of it. Ginn was a safety net though and now that's gone, so that's a bit frustrating.

Ted must really be chasing the money though because I really don't think he'll have much of a place in their offense (regardless of what they may have told him)

You guys know Ginn was constantly the butt of jokes around the league right? You're overrating him. Remember how many drops he had?

I'm thinking this is another sign we're drafting OJ Howard. Cam does better with his tight ends anyway. We'll be fine.

A good point. If this is part of a greater plan to tighten up the passing game and reduce the long balls I'm all for it.
