We weren't getting returns from Ginn anyways.  That stopped after 2015.  We either got tons and tons of fair catches, or him running laterally to pick up 2-3 yards OOB to avoid getting hit

Ginn has been our best WR since '15 his drops suck, but he wasn't as one dimensional a player like his former WR brethren. Not even close.

He didn't even put up the stats KB did last year coming off injury, and people here complained all year about Benjamin, despite Newton's awful accuracy this season.

That may apply to some but like any statement, it doesn't apply to all. I never wanted Ginn gone. I simply wanted him to catch the ball more consistently..But his big plays and his potential plays offset the drops. Defenses had to account for his speed. If we get a speedy replacement, defenses are really going to pin their ears back. D Jax would've been a perfect combination of speed, separation, hands and routes...

2016 is why I "whine" when we let our talent walk and fail to properly address it. I thought the Kalil signing was a positive step, lets see if gettles addresses the next glaring hole.

Talent we let walk? Norman is the only impact player that left man. The others I can think of were Harper, Bene, Tillman (retired)? We had pretty much the same team from 2015 with the exception of Norman.
