Patience. Patience which has bore no fruit since Gettleman got here.

But again, your unwavering faith in the process is admirable.

Damierre Byrd isn't proven but had a strong camp last year and managed to stay on the PS.  I could see him being our deep vertical threat and contributing more this year.

Perhaps, and maybe with Ginn gone we will get to see what he has.  But I wouldn't be surprised to see us sign someone to replace Ginn.

But we're evolving on offense!

I wasn't very interested in being Ginn back because his drops were frustrating. But at least show attempts to upgrade. We haven't been linked to anyone.

And to everyone bringing up winning our division 3 years in a row, let's not forget the season sandwiched in between was a 7-8-1 record.

Yay. We also have no consecutive winning seasons, 2 Super Bowl loses and title holder of having the worst W/L records following  a Super Bowl appearance.

But at least we get to hang our hats on something.

You are really trying, but this is a empty argument. We had one of the greatest season's in NFL history 2 years ago for god's sake. We lost the Super Bowl but whoopty-fuging-do, at least we were there. You do realize how competitive the NFL is and how difficult it is to actually get there right? We aren't playing static opponents, teams evolve and make adjustments year to year. It was pretty obvious last year that teams keyed in on what our tendencies were and exposed us. No point in crying over it.
