I can't help but think that being on the same team with his brother can only help.

Ryan is a really great Center.  His knowledge and the way he runs his line cannot be overlooked.

As a veteran he is always there to help those along.  Norwell went from nothing to perennial starter and part of it is that he had such a great mentor in Ryan.

Hopefully, Matt is over the injury bug and he'll perform to his abilities.
