span class=modifyD/span span class=boldQUARTERBACKS:/span span class=boldJake Delhomme /spanand his receivers - other than tight end span class=boldDante Rosario/span, that is - simply didn't seem to be in sync, especially in the second half. Delhomme threw an early interception, but followed that by going 6-of-7 for 87 yards on a scoring drive near the end of the first half. Late in the game when the Panthers were trying to rally, he threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown and lost a fumble.p/span class=modifyD/span span class=boldRUNNING BACKS:/span span class=boldDeAngelo Williams/span found some running room early, but not in the second half. span class=boldJonathan Stewart /spanalso found mostly clogged lanes. These guys are extremely talented, but the first three games simply haven't been close enough for Double Trouble to have enough opportunities to make a big difference.
