Does Depth Influence the Draft Board

Quick question. Do you all think that position depth influence our draft board. 

For example: We know that this is a deep RB/TE class. Would we bump up other players at different positions on our board because we can take a good quality RB or TE later in the draft? 

* This example is more for Rounds 2 - 7. Not really interested in a Fournette debate.

Yes but BPA is due to their draft board. Players ranked in an order due to ability and position. Questioning whether depth at a position would move players up or down on their board.
