if we dumped every dime of our cap surplus to the offensive line and left everything else the same we'd go 14-2

Been saying all off-season our #1 issue is the offensive line and it's by a mile.

This is the frustrating part with the huddle sometimes.   All of 2016 was spent eviscerating the FO for not attacking the OL issue.  Sack after sack after pressure after pressure after late hit we sit here as a fan base banging the fuging table for an OL.  What happens when free agency/draft time comes up?  Amnesia.  OL is STILL the problem and the #1 issue with the team.  We're talking about taking fournette at 8?  HHAHAHA.  we're talking about trying to sign DJAX/ whining when NYG sign marshall and we're wanting to sign barry church?  big fuging deal!  we.   need. to.  fix. the line.   that's it.

in fairness none of these things are really mutually exclusive. we can address multiple fronts.

still, our personnel groupings are proven superbowl talent and investing heavily in the position that allows the 2015 superbowl mvp to thrive this year seems like a wise choice. if it involves dropping 12m on a proven badass lineman then i say get two.

that's the thing man DG makes (free agency) at least feel like that.  It always feels like we MAY get one guy out of FA that makes an impact.   I don't believe the draft is going to fix the issue next year.   We have to sign a FA OT that's worth a poo  this off season or DG needs to go

Huddle: WHY AREN'T WE SPENDING MONEY!?

GMan: I'm going to spend money and improve a position of need

Huddle: WAIT DON'T SPEND MONEY

You're literally describing Gman nut huggers and anti Gman folks.

Well considering there are tons of posters on here I imagine you are going to get varying opinions that disagree with each other so I'm not sure what your point is. The huddle isn't one unified voice.
