Bersin is back

I'll say it again, why is it a bad thing to keep Bersin as a 4th/5th depth WR? He's done a fine job in that role. It's not like the team is placing big expectations on him. And he's still not even guaranteed a roster spot right now.

Justin Hardy? Eric Weems? They aren't that much better. And they also have the benefit of playing beside Julio. Makes things a little easier.
