If you watch his tape, he isn't half bad. Strikes me as a guy who'll be a project year one, but a pro-bowler as soon as year two or three.

Swearinger or Church in the FA, then Eddie Jackson in the draft.  Jackson is a risky pick, but if it pays off it could be huge.  Guy was a potential 1st round pick before his injury.

Give him something like 4 years at 25 million dollars with 11 million in guarantees with 7 million of that as a signing bonus. His expected value is around 5m per season but that was before Berry resigned with KC. I'd say his market value has risen a bit, need to go a bit above that to get him out of Dallas because he wants to stay and offered them a hometown discount to come back. 

 

25m over 4 should be enough to pry away him from Dallas though, it's 6.25m per season and his play has well been worth that the past 4 seasons.
