With the 78th pick the Ravens will take Dorian Johnson, OG from Pittsburgh.

Building from the trenches is something the Ravens need. Earlier with the selection of Pat Elflein and now with Johnson. Johnson was a former 5-star recruit out of high school with multiple All-American and All-ACC awards to his name. Will slot into the LG slot to form a line of (Stanley - Johnson - Elflein - Yanda - RT). That line will be good now and in the future for projecting Joe Flacco and creating running lanes.

The Vikings GM never started and I picked last round for them.

That being said with the 79th pick........ The Vikings select............Larry Ogujobi

Floyd has been very injured prone and never turned out.  Ogujobi has plenty of potential.

Indy is on the clock

With the Redskins 3rd Round Pick, they select...

WR Josh Reynolds - Texas A&M

image.jpeg.1166848f6ff28f411496d477e5c2a9fc.jpeg

I can't believe there's no hype on this guy. The arguments for him being not so is mainly due to his supposed "frame" and "drop rates." Quite a pathetic list of knocks follow while I see an all-pro receiver in the making. He is my number 2 overall wideout from this draft class, and that's been that way for months.

He's already got potential as a WR2 immediately for any team, and could very well become a star receiver after 1-2 NFL seasons. He's an amazing talent, and the fact he's not being hyped enough is near criminal.

When you watch Reynolds, you'll notice his good pad level coming off the line of scrimmage. He's got an arsenal of moves and ways to beat press coverage, such as reducing the shoulders, chop, rip, and swim with hands, along with three and four step hyper release patterns. He has shown the ability to be real solid in that area, and I don't believe that'll change in the NFL.

Watch out for him going downfield early. He'll stack a defender on vertical routes and ensure control over the pace of the pattern. His 4.52 may not be John Ross fast, but he still plays with speed and plenty enough to transition in the NFL.

Reynolds is one of the better route runners in this class. He's able to wiggle free of coverage and run a large route tree. While Panther receivers are notorious for lazy route running, Reynolds comes in ready to do that. He can run a variety of routes in a professional manner, and easily become great.

Whenever a contested catch appears, you'll notice Reynolds usually wins. He can make the toughest of catches at ease, and flashes great ability in doing so. He beats tight coverage situations with ease and grabs a hold of the ball. He plays with fire, and is usually the aggressive type in these situations.

Reynolds easily has a solid catch radius, and makes some difficult catches while at that. He makes plays on errant passes behind his break point, extending an arm out well behind his body to one-hand catch the target while moving in the opposite direction on a speed break. He could even do this while being hit head on.

He can easily make catches in jump-ball situations. When Reynolds doesn't earn position prior to the catch, he shows the skillset to earn it during the reception. He times his leap perfectly to attain positikn and get the catch. He can pull the ball away from an off-balanced angle easy, and win these matchups.

For my NFL comparison of Reynolds, I see a future version of AJ Green. He is tall and wiry, but built a lot like Green. His game is reminiscent very much of Green, and I believe that's a goal he'll be able to attain.
