One of my favorite recipes. It's really easy, filling, super healthy, and very low in calories.

Spaghetti Squash- Cut in half, clean out seeds, cook on 400 for 40 mins face up. Once it's done cooking, take a fork and rake out the spaghetti squash into a bowl.

In a skillet add 2 tbsp of oil, crush two cloves of garlic. add in a sliced onion and let them cook a bit. Add cubed eggplant, sliced green pepper, 1 sliced zucchini, a small container full of cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and frozen chopped spinach. Salt and Pepper, let it cook until all the veggies are tender.

Serve the the veggies over the spaghetti squash add Parmesan cheese if you want.

If you frequented the huddle tailgates in 2012-2014 you'll known I was a chubby pos who binge drank my sorrows away. But I decided to make a change and went from 290lbs at 6ft 4in to where I maintain at now 215-220 and fluctuate between 10-12% body fat.

When I'm trying to lean down for something whether it be summer or what noy my day normally looks like this

4am workout fasted (post workout shake)
-5whole eggs Half grape fruit
-8oz of ground turkey half sweet potatoe baked 1 cup of mixed greens(spinach/kale) no dressing you can use oil and vinegar but I don't like it so I eat it raw
8oz of fish either cod or tilapia carb either Jasmine rice or sweet potatoe
1 tablespoon of all natural almond butter large raw mixed green salad
5 egg whites at night

I agree with igo on the fruit you should keep it. And mixed greens are really beneficial

When I'm not deiting hard I use intermittent fasting to maintain. I use the 4 hour window where I limit myself to around 200-300 calories till 4pm then from 4 to 8 take in my additional claories, which is great because you don't have to limit yourself within reason to certain foods. I also love my 6pack bag it's a life saver for those times the wife wants to change plans at the last min. fb9223715110a6f9b15e5a97d0bec272.jpg
