Some times. That would keep me busy before bed so I'm not eating. I'm worried I'll loose my will power though. I've worked out a few times late and it's hard for me to get going but once I start I'm fine.

all my best workouts have come at 2am when i have the gym to myself. easiest way for me to get in a routine. of course i work unorthodox hours so that might be a bit harder if you work a standard 9-5

I use to occasionally go to the gym for late night work outs. Those are great!

I have to go right after work or I'll be dead. I work 730 - 4.

So I did this the other night and it worked. I took out a good amount of low cal gum but I didn't snack. Thanks for the tip, going to buy a multi pack next time I'm at the store.

If you find that the gum isn't as effective after awhile, they make products specifically to curb afternoon / after dinner snacking habits. Meal Enders and Dr. Joey's Skinny chews are a couple that come to mind and can be found on Amazon and other places. Meal Enders was on Shark Tank not too long ago and is the same premise as the gum idea but with more of a "kick".

If the gum idea is working, it is much cheaper than the chews.

What about those gums actually helps them to curb appetite? Do they have caffeine in them or what?
