And is the only weakest point on the team that they can fix through FA and draft. All the other teams are terrible all around.

The draft is one of the weakest at tackle, along with FA, and the Broncos don't have the cap to make a splash there.

You forgot to mention they need a DT, LBers that can stop the run, a new RB with CJ Anderson on the decline (don't believe me? check out the orangemane.com) along with new OGs and OTs.

Oh, and a QB.

Still the better team all around than any other team he's been mentioned with. You can't reasonably say the Browns, Jets, 9ers and Skins are better teams than the Broncos. Outside of the box, probably the Chiefs would be the best choice if they don't want Alex Smith anymore.

As opposed to the Skins, Jets, Browns, 9ers?

Skins have a young relatively good line. He could survive there better than in Denver that's for sure.

Overall Denver was better than the Skins last year. Skins have questions an wr (if they let djax and garcon both go), and a underwhelming defense.

That said they have some good youth at wr and a damn good TE. Spend draft and FA continuing to shore up the defense, they could surprise next year with a WC run in a weaker NFC. We know they have a great corner to build around. they need a pass rush bad.......

Denver's line is about as bad as Seattle right now, its a mess. Otherwise, they are equal or better off than Skins. Agree on others. The other three are all way far away from competing, he would not want to go to them and they don't want him IMO. They all want to rebuild and are starting fresh.

Skins if they move on from Cousins and the Texans on a SB or bust gamble are the logical ones. Denver needs to sink $$$ and picks sorting that OL more than getting Romo on a SB run (which he wouldn't last to see). But Elway trying to get Romo a ring like he did on his last legs is what everyone wants to see.

Do you really think I didn't know every LT available? I've been involved in many of those discussion. I wanted you to name the people who were better options. You wouldn't. Named a FA who was 27 when he signed with CAR. Not seeing how that is an example of signing an older player being a mistake. More a lesson on signing average and expecting it to get better. Considering every player you named is older than that. And let's see who you named. Okung is a better option you say. Seattle and Denver need LT help as bad as we do. And still sent him packing. Released after one season. Clady, Kalil are awful. And Beachum hasn't been solid since 2014. Meanwhile, Whitworth is coming off two of his best seasons. These players aren't even in Whitworths league. And don't seem to be getting better with age.

Now, you can explain why they are better options, in your mind. You want to have a contest of football knowledge, I'm all in. Anything you want. You keep acting like you have some superior knowledge. Dazzle me. Change my uninformed mind.

Hey you're the one that asked the question about what LT's were available,  excuse me for assuming that you didn't know when you said you didn't know.... how dumb is that....

And now we're going full circle on this entire argument.  I already gave you the answers to your questions in the other thread, if you didn't like the answers then I can't help you if you're not gonna like the answers now. if you don't remember what the answers are go back and read the other thread.

i will make 2 points clear since you seem to have reading comprehension issues .

1.  Never said any of the current options at left tackle in free agency were better than Whitworth "currently",  I only said that they could be better "long-term" solutions to the issue of left tackle. Since Whitworth would be at best a 1-2 year rental.

2. Okung wasn't released by the Broncos, his contract expired, he's a example of exactly what I'm talking about and you can read more here.

Let's discuss your answer. Russell Okung. Because the rest don't matter. If you misunderstood, fine forget it.

 1) He hasn't been good for years, when he was actually healthy. And Denver declined his option. They could have kept him at 4/48 and said no. And you think it would be a good idea to sign him for that?. When he busts or gets injured, both likely to happen, we won't have the option to let him go with no penalty. I don't want to sign any of the available LTs to a long term contract and be stuck with them. None are even close to worth it. Which is why you sign an actual good player for 2 years and try to develop someone behind him in those 2 years.

And I hope you learned a little about Rappaport.
