If he drops to pick 40 and the panthers don't think injuries will be a problem in the future, then that's a steal. Although I think dede Westbrook is the smarter pick if he's there in the 3rd or trade up neat the bottom of the 2nd to get him.

Most times a year removed from ACL surgery you are stronger than before the injury not weaker. Then again microfracture surgery is another thing all together.

The kid is a fantastic player but the injuries are obviously going to be a setback.  And it's not just speed but he's in-game quick which is the most important thing IMO.
